This is my favorite safari destination in the world, and it's a top pick for many of my friends too. This incredible spectacle takes place between July and October, making it the perfect time to visit. The reserve is also home to the iconic Big Five: lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and buffaloes. With its open savannahs, Maasai Mara offers unparalleled wildlife viewing opportunities, allowing for close encounters with these magnificent creatures. For a truly unique experience, consider a hot air balloon safari to get a breathtaking aerial view of the landscape and its inhabitants.
